2 YEAR WARRANTY

INITIAL RETAIL PURCHASER

Work Easy Trailers L.L.C., warrants each trailer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (24) months under normal wear and rated load capacity.

Warranty begins on the date that the trailer is purchased from dealer or (30) months from shipment from the manufacturer.

Warranty is void if the trailer is altered or repaired in any way without Work Easy Trailers LLC. authorization. Claim must also be turned in by original dealer to manufacture with Initial Retail Purchase Form.   

Work Easy Trailers LLC. reserves the right to make changes in design or changes in specifications at any time, without notice to owners of trailers previously sold.

Work Easy Trailers LLC. warranty will not cover: customer dissatisfaction, damage from transportation to and from the servicing dealer, lack of maintenance, accidents, operator's misuse or altered electrical systems.

All axle assemblies, brake systems, wheels, tires, light systems, hitch couplers, jacks, power units, cylinders, preparation and application of powder coat paint or other accessories or purchased parts are warranted by the respective manufacturer.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees of agreements, whether expressed or implied, and no other person, agent, dealer, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend its terms in any manner whatsoever.
